❑ Digital Product Nature:
All products available on SamX Estore are digital downloads — including design packs, templates and creative assets. Once a purchase is completed and files are delivered, access cannot be revoked.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
❑ No Physical Shipping:
SamX Estore does not sell or ship physical items. All products are distributed digitally through secure links or third-party platforms (such as BuyMeACoffee).
❑ Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional cases:
• The product was never delivered due to a verified technical issue.
• The product file is corrupted or incomplete, and a replacement cannot be provided.
• The same product was accidentally purchased multiple times under the same account.
To qualify for review, proof of purchase and full details of the issue must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
❑ Commission Orders:
All commission-based projects (custom design or creative work made to client specifications) require full payment upfront before work begins.
Once the commission has started, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions:
• If a client cancels a commission before any design work or draft has begun, a full refund may be issued.
• If a client cancels after the initial design process or after receiving demo/previews, only 70% of the total payment will be refunded.
• If the client approves the demo or requests revisions after receiving it, the service is considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.
• Dissatisfaction after receiving work as requested does not qualify for a refund.
• By placing a commission order, the client agrees to pay the full amount upfront and acknowledges these refund terms.
These conditions ensure fairness for both the client and the artist, accounting for time, labor, and creative effort already invested in the commissioned work..

If you experience an issue with your download or commission, please contact our support team before opening any dispute.

• Completed or approved commission work.

All payments are processed securely via BuyMeACoffee. SamX Estore does not store or process credit/debit card information. Please review BuyMeACoffee’s payment terms for additional details regarding their policies.
