Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, SamX Estore may restore the removed material unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings within a reasonable timeframe.

SamX Estore reserves the right to terminate the accounts, services, or licences of any individual or organisation found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.
